India Sweep Afghanistan 3 0 After Convincing T20I Victory

India completed a 3 nil series victory over Afghanistan after securing a commanding 127 run win in the third T20 International in New Delhi last night.

After losing the toss, India were asked to bat first and made full use of their opportunity. The Indian batting side scored 221 runs for the loss of seven wickets during the allotted 20 overs, setting Afghanistan a challenging target of 222 runs.

Afghanistan struggled to build a strong response while chasing the target. The Indian bowlers kept control of the innings and dismissed the Afghan side for just 94 runs in 14.1 overs.

The result gave India another comfortable victory in the series and completed a clean sweep across all three T20 International matches. Afghanistan had won the toss before the match and decided to bowl first, but India produced a strong all round performance to finish the series without a defeat.
