Minor Hotels has signed an agreement for a new Anantara resort in Telangana near Hyderabad, further expanding its presence in southern India. The planned property will have 185 keys and is being developed in partnership with Ashya Group.

The project marks Ashya Group’s first development in the hospitality sector and adds another Anantara property to the growing hotel pipeline in India.

The new resort is part of the wider expansion of Minor Hotels across the country. The agreement reflects continued investment in India’s hospitality sector as international hotel brands increase their presence across different destinations.
