Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that the Bharatiya Janata Party workers, NDA partners and various voluntary organisations will conduct the nationwide “Seva Sankalp Abhiyan” from September 17 to October 17.
Speaking to the media in Mumbai, Amit Shah said that the campaign will focus on encouraging Jan Bhagidari and supporting the vision of building a Viksit Bharat. He explained that September 17 is Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, while October this year will mark 25 years of his public service as both Chief Minister and Prime Minister.
The Home Minister also spoke about several infrastructure, social and cultural initiatives carried out under the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The month long campaign will bring together party workers, NDA partners and voluntary organisations for various activities across the country, with the broader aim of strengthening public participation in the development journey of India.
