OYO, the global hospitality technology leader, has announced plans to accelerate the expansion of its company-serviced hotels in India during FY26, with a vision to double the contribution of this segment to its booking revenue from 22% to 44%. This initiative reinforces OYO’s commitment to enhancing its portfolio of premium properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Currently, OYO operates over 1,300 company-serviced hotels across India under its popular mid-segment brands, including Townhouse, Townhouse Oak, Capital O, and the premium brand SUNDAY. These hotels have consistently outperformed franchisee properties, boasting customer ratings of 4.6 compared to the overall average of 4.0, and achieving occupancy rates that are 2.7 times higher.
As part of its expansion strategy, OYO plans to increase the presence of company-serviced hotels from 124 cities to over 300, covering leisure destinations, pilgrimage sites, and business corridors where demand is robust. Locations such as Darjeeling, Mangalore, Port Blair, and Vapi are among the areas slated for growth. These properties cater to diverse traveler needs, offering superior service standards and fostering guest loyalty.
According to Varun Jain, OYO’s Chief Operating Officer, this initiative aligns with the company’s 2025 strategic focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. The company-serviced model, introduced in FY23, has quickly become OYO’s fastest-growing business segment globally, showcasing its revenue-generating potential through standardized operations and enhanced customer experiences.
